joakim 7b5b2f6b7f hypr: fix handy autostart/binds for Hyprland's bare session PATH 
Hyprland's session PATH is /usr/local/bin:/usr/bin, so handy-no in
~/.local/bin was never found: the Norwegian instance did not start at
boot and the SUPER+Y/SHIFT+G binds failed silently. Reference the
script by absolute path instead. Also start the English instance with
--start-hidden so no window opens on login.
